Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Shipping and Delivery:

Dispatch Time:
- Domestic Orders: Within 48 working hours.
- International Orders: Up to 72 working hours, with additional time for quality checks and documentation.

Delivery Time:
- Domestic Orders: Up to 7 working days, except for North-East states and Jammu and Kashmir (up to 14 days).
- International Orders (via FedEx International Priority): 7-10 days, subject to customs clearance. Delays due to COVID-related flight changes are possible.
Order Cancellation:
- Domestic Orders: Can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, refusal of delivery is required for cancellation.
- International Orders: Cancellation possible before shipment; no cancellations after shipment. Refusal of delivery is necessary if cancellation is desired.
Refunds:
- Domestic Orders (Prepaid): 100% refund to the original payment method within 7-10 working days of cancellation.
- International Orders (Unshipped): Refund after deducting currency conversion fees. No refunds for shipped international orders.
Returns:
- Domestic Orders: Possible within 7 days of receipt for damaged or unsatisfactory products.
- International Orders: No returns accepted; damaged products refunded excluding shipping charges.
Return Process (Domestic): Initiate within 7 days, provide order ID, reason, and product details. Return shipping fee applicable, deducted from refund (except for damaged products).
Taxes and Charges: Customers are responsible for customs, taxes, and charges in the destination country.
